   1. Why doesn't the removable disk in Explore of PC show up?
       - You can download the driver for your computer's OS(ex;Windows2000..) from our homepage
         and install it to your computer. But it's already installed, please remove the program and install it
         again. You can confirm it only in the course of" Control Panel → System Hardware Device
         Manager Universal Serial Bus controllers"
   2. How can I confirm COM port?
       - You can find COM port in the course of "Control Panel → System Hardware Device
         Manager Modem".
         Click the Com port menu. There, if you press right button of your mouse, you can see
         [Properties] and confirm COM port by pressing it. And then, set up the COM port of the utility
         of PDA manufacturer.
   3. What kind of files can I save on the USB X Drive 2.0 ?
       - The USB X Drive 2.0 has been designed to be a mass storage device.
         Therefore, it will behave like one. All of the same files that you can save on the hard drive
         on your computer can also be saved on the USB X Drive 2.0.
         You can also use most any of the anti-virus software available to scan/protect the data being?
         transferred from or to the USB X Drive 2.0.
   4. I have experienced difficulties using some USB peripherals on my PC system.
      Would I find similar problems with the USB X Drive 2.0 ?

       - Although we have done extensive testing on the USB X Drive 2.0 on many PC platforms and
         software settings, we cannot be sure that it works on every PC on the market.
         Users will need to check with your computer manufacturer or distributor on whether their PC fully
         supports USB standards.
   5. Can I protect my files from accidental deletion?
       - Yes. USB X Drive 2.0 has a write-protection switch on the side of the unit.
         When the switch is in the "open" position, data can be read and written to the USB X Drive 2.0.
         When the switch is "closed", data can be read from the USB X Drive 2.0, but not written on to it.
   6. What is the difference between the USB X Drive 2.0 and a USB hard disk drive?
       - USB hard disk is much heavier, has moving parts, and is much larger.
         Furthermore, it is much more delicate due to its internal mechanical and electronic devices.
         On the other hand, the small, light-weight, and rugged nature of the USB X Drive 2.0 makes
         it ideal for mobile usage.
   7. Are there any precautions I should take in using the USB X Drive 2.0 ?
       - Yes. Treat the USB X Drive 2.0 as you would any electronic device (cell phone, laptop, etc.).
         Keep the USB X Drive 2.0 out of humidity, heavy physical shock, heavy electronic shock etc.
         Also, if your product is disabled or destroyed by modification or repair we cannot be held
         responsible.

   10. If I have more than one USB X Drive 2.0, do I need to repeat the setup
       of the devices?

       - No, one time setup is sufficient.
   11. I would like to return my unit. What are the terms of INNATOR CO.,LTD.
       return policy?

       - Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of delivery unless prior arrangements have been made
         with us. If you are not satisfied with the product or the product does not work according to our
         specifications (a mal-function) you can return the product to us within 30 days. We ask that
         the product includes all the original merchandise tags intact and has not been used.
